Reporting a bug

Our apps send no crash reports or analytics, so your email is how we hear about a problem. It helps to include:

1. The app version. On Android it's under Settings → Apps → Bubble Counter.
2. Your device and its OS version, for example a Pixel 6 on Android 15.
3. What you were doing. For Bubble Counter: the number of players, the theme or scene, the number style, and the last thing you did before the problem.
4. A screenshot or a short screen recording, if something looks wrong.

How do I deal damage, or track commander damage?

Drag from your life total toward the player you want to hit, or drop on empty board space to hit the whole table at once. That opens a dial where you pick the amount and turn on Commander Damage or Lifelink.

How do I open the game menu?

Tap the spinning soap bubble in the centre of the table. The history log and a new game are there.

The 3D numbers look flat.

Bubble Counter draws its numbers on your device's graphics chip. If the graphics driver can't run them, the app falls back to flat numbers so your game can carry on. Email us your device model, OS version and a screenshot, and we'll look into it.
